  • How do I book a freestyle jump session?

  • What is included in the Party Package?

    Included in the price (From £12.50 per person), you get your 1 hour bounce, a dedicated party host, a VIP party room, and food supplied from our party menu.

  • Can I pay at reception?

    Yes, you can pay at reception, but this is subject to availability. It is recommended that you reserve your session by booking online in advance of your visit, which also saves 50p per person bouncing.

  • Do you provide trampoline socks?

    No, our trampoline beds are all of an anti-slip design which alleviates the need for special socks, a pair of ordinary socks must be worn by each bouncer. If you have forgotten your socks then you can buy a pair at reception for £1.00.

  • How much is it to bounce?

    A 1 hour freestyle jump session is £8, 1 hour Fitness session is £6 (Multi passes and block bookings available), 1 hour support session is £7, 1 hour Toddler exclusive is £4.50, 2 hours teen night is £9, , 1 hour 30 minute party £15 per party guest. A 2 hour freestyle bounce session is £10 and you can also opt for the Bounce and Bite upgrade to get an hour of bouncing as well as a meal for £10. Furthermore, our Bounce and Bundle upgrade offers a meal and a 2 hour bounce session for £12.50. See Pricing on the book now page for the latest prices as these maybe subject to change.

  • What are your opening times?

    Go Bounce is open Monday – Friday 9:30am – 8.00pm, Saturday 10.00 am – 8.00pm and Sundays 10.00am – 7.00pm. Please note that during holiday periods the opening hours do fluctuate so be sure to check the website for the active events calendar and opening times.

  • What facilities do you have?

    We have a baby changing facility. There are 64 key coded lockers on site to keep your personal belongings safe.

    We also have a large cafè situated on the mezzanine floor overlooking the trampoline park, beside a soft play area for younger children. Our trampoline park has a foam pit activity zone, an interactive iWall and our famous air bag beneath a jumping platform. We also offer a unique virtual reality experience which currently can’t be found anywhere else in the UK.

    DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE HIRE?

    Yes, we do offer private hire. To find out the best rate please contact us on 01302 965465.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver before I bounce?

    Yes, all jumpers must sign a waiver before entering the park. The waiver is saved on our system for 12 months so you won’t have to complete one on each visit please click HERE to sign your waiver. Don’t worry it only takes a minute. Please make sure you add any minors who wish to bounce too.

    Is the trampoline court supervised?

    Yes, there are court marshals, first aid and marshal trained, supervising the court at all times.

  • What is the minimum age to bounce?

    The minimum age to use the trampoline park in freestyle jump sessions is 4 years but we do offer dedicated toddler sessions for children under the age of 4 years during term time. See Calendar. We also have a soft play area for younger bouncers.

    What is the minimum age for unaccompanied minors

    Minors over the age of 10 years will be allowed to enter the park unaccompanied, as long as they have pre-booked their session online. Minors over the age of 13 years will be allowed to enter the park unaccompanied without pre-booking online if they have completed a waiver.
